Shipping policy
At ZERN Vital, we are committed to delivering your order safely and efficiently. Please read our Shipping Policy before placing your order.
1. Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and South African public holidays.
Once your order has been successfully placed and payment has been confirmed, we will begin preparing your order for shipment.
Processing times typically range between 1–3 business days, depending on order volume.
2. Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time is 10–15 business days from the date your order is dispatched.
Please note that delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
3. Shipping Partner
All orders are shipped using Aramex Store-to-Door or another trusted courier partner where necessary.
A tracking number will be provided once your order has been dispatched, where available.
4. Delivery Delays
While we aim to deliver your order within the estimated delivery timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- High courier volumes
- Severe weather conditions
- Public holidays
- Customs or regulatory inspections (where applicable)
- Strikes or industrial action
- Remote delivery locations
- Incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer
ZERN Vital is not responsible for delivery delays caused by courier services or events beyond our reasonable control. However, we will make reasonable efforts to assist you in tracking your shipment and resolving delivery issues with the courier.
5. Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate and complete.
ZERN Vital will not be responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information supplied by the customer.
6. Failed Deliveries
If a delivery cannot be completed because:
- No one is available to receive the parcel;
- The delivery address is incorrect;
- The parcel is refused without lawful reason; or
- The courier is unable to access the delivery location,
the customer may be responsible for any additional shipping or redelivery fees charged by the courier.
7. Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your parcel arrives damaged or appears to have been lost during transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
We will investigate the matter with the courier and work towards an appropriate resolution.
8. Delivery Confirmation
Once the courier confirms delivery to the shipping address provided by the customer, the order will generally be regarded as delivered.
If you believe your parcel was delivered incorrectly, please contact us immediately so that we can investigate the matter with the courier.
9. Tracking Your Order
Where tracking is available, customers will receive shipping confirmation together with tracking details via email after dispatch.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active.
10. Changes to Shipping Information
Once an order has been processed or dispatched, we may not be able to change the delivery address.
Please ensure all shipping details are correct before completing your purchase.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by South African law, ZERN Vital shall not be liable for delays in delivery caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including delays attributable to courier providers, natural disasters, public emergencies, strikes, government action, or other force majeure events.
Nothing in this Shipping Policy limits or excludes any rights you may have under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 or any other applicable South African law.
